We Start With Your Existing Cameras The first step is understanding your current CCTV environment. You send us short sample recordings from the cameras you want monitored. Our AI engineers review the footage to determine whether the camera positioning, image quality, lighting, field of view, and environment are suitable for reliable AI monitoring.

How the AI Actually Works
Alain360 uses a multi-layer deep learning pipeline — not simple motion detection — to understand what is happening in a scene and distinguish genuine threats from normal activity.
Our computer vision models build a real-time semantic map of each camera view — identifying people, vehicles, objects, and zones. The system learns what 'normal' looks like for your specific site.
A second model layer analyses movement patterns over time. Loitering, erratic movement, tailgating, and crowd surges are flagged based on learned behavioural baselines — not simple pixel changes.
Detected anomalies are scored and classified by a threat model trained on millions of real security incidents. Only events above a confidence threshold trigger an alert, keeping false positive rates below 0.3%.
Every AI-generated alert is reviewed by a trained operator in our monitoring centre before any action is taken. The AI handles the volume; humans make the judgement calls.
